With the ‘JET.Stream’ project, HÜPPE GmbH trainees are competing for the Prize for Innovative Training (PIA).
The HÜPPE Group, a leading manufacturer of shower enclosures and shower trays, has good ideas for training. JET stands for Junior Executive Teams. In ‘JET.Stream’ – similar to a shadow cabinet – the trainees reflect the roles of the HÜPPE Executive Team.
The aim is to gain a deeper insight into management tasks and actively support them with their own ideas and suggestions. The joint ‘JET.Chats’ meetings are planned in a self-designed creative room or area called ‘JET.Room’. As part of the design of their own meeting room, the trainees are to be integrated into the parallel project ‘WORK AND CONNECT – Time for New Perspectives’. As part of organisational design and development, this is also about gaining insights into management activities and project work.
The WORK AND CONNECT project enables employees to change the premises and corporate culture and thus strengthen cohesion. Employees can create the working atmosphere they want in a modern, efficient manner, whether by means of workstations optimised for walking distances or by bringing together different functions. Current production techniques also help to open up new perspectives and increase efficiency.
